You can browse and select supplements yourself, or use our AI-powered goal matcher to get personalized recommendations based on your wellness goals. Either way, you have full control over what goes into your packs.
Yes! You can start with a single month and cancel anytime. There are no contracts or long-term commitments required.

No. We are strictly a packaging and convenience service. All supplements come directly from their original manufacturers. We organize them into daily packets for your convenience.

Yes. All supplements are stored in a climate-controlled facility following manufacturer guidelines. Products that require refrigeration are shipped with appropriate cold packaging.
Subscription & Billing
You pay only for the supplements you choose plus a small packaging fee. Individual supplement prices range from $8 to $58 per month depending on the product. Shipping is always free.

You are billed monthly on the same date you started your subscription. Your shipment is processed 3-5 business days before your delivery date.
Shipping & Delivery
Packs are delivered once per month with a 30-day supply of daily packets. You can choose your preferred delivery date during setup.
Yes, standard shipping is always free within the continental United States.
Each daily dose is individually packaged in a labeled, tear-open packet showing your supplement names, timing (morning or night), and any custom notes you added. All packets come in a convenient monthly box
